Diversity is POWER is launching the Global Talent Catalyst Fund to create 10,000 remote and hybrid jobs globally—with a special focus on diaspora communities, women, and underrepresented talent pools across the Global South and global cities. We believe talent is the new currency of sustainable development.

Led by our Chairwoman, whose legacy spans finance, tech, and public sector transformation, this fund bridges diaspora capital, institutional impact capital, and strategic philanthropists.
